Dr. Gore Appeals for Maximum Participation

(Women) On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Yog Vidya Dham has organized a grand Yoga Asana Competition for women on Saturday, June 20, informed Yog Vidya Dham President Dr. Sundar Gore.
(Women) The competition will be held from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Kohinoor Mall. Participants will compete in two categories: 20 to 35 years and above 35 years. Winners in each category will receive first, second, and third prizes, along with three consolation prizes. Every participant will also be presented with an attractive gift as a token of appreciation
(Women) The competition aims to encourage women’s hidden talents and promote good health through yoga. Participants will be required to perform two yoga postures. The first posture can be chosen by the participant, while the second posture will be assigned by the judges on the spot.
