(DINDI Way of Life) On the auspicious occasion of Ashadhi Ekadashi, ‘Dindi | Way of Life‘, an observational Marathi short film presented by Rayat Chitra Films, will premiere on YouTube for the first time on July 25, 2026, at 7:00 AM. Based on the central idea of “Pandharichi Wari: A Rich Way of Life Rooted in Equality,” the 3-minute-08-second short film offers an impactful portrayal of the of equality, service, discipline, cooperation, mutual respect, devotion, and humanity embedded in the Warkari tradition.
(DINDI Way of Life) The film’s most distinctive feature is that it has been shot entirely in a single continuous shot. Without artificial drama, interviews, or explanatory narration, the film attempts to give viewers an authentic experience of the Pandharpur Wari through realistic visuals.
(DINDI Way of Life) Remarkably, the entire film – including cinematography, editing, and final mastering – was completed using a Samsung Galaxy S24 FE smartphone. The film stands as an example of how meaningful and quality filmmaking can be achieved even with limited resources.
The film has been directed by Bhairavnath Chandrabhaga Tukaram Wakale, with narration by Kiran Dattraj Dahale. The concluding section features the abhang “Aamha Ghari Dhan Shabdanchich Ratne…” by Saint Tukaram Maharaj, further strengthening the film’s central message.
