The ‘Nabz’ Eid Special Issue was launched at multiple locations across Maharashtra through voluntary initiatives, which itself stands as a testament to its success. Various institutions and organizations across the state took the initiative to host these events. The launch in Ahmednagar city is also a positive development for the Nabz team. Editor Minaj Latkar expressed that through the language of love, society can be guided toward positivity. She was speaking at the launch ceremony of the Nabz Eid Special Issue organized by Sakal Bharatiya Samaj at Rehmat Sultan Hall on the 28th.

Latkar further stated that today, society is trapped in a polluted atmosphere of religion-based divisions, hatred, and misunderstandings. The primary reason for this is the lack of dialogue between the majority community and the Muslim community. Despite being neighbors, people remain unaware of each other’s language, culture, food, and way of life.

She emphasized that ‘Nabz’ is a sincere effort to move beyond stereotypical identities like “beard and cap” and introduce the broader society to the goodness, literature, and progressive aspects of the Muslim community. Through this initiative, they aim to sow the seeds of dialogue between these groups, which will ultimately break down walls of distance and build bridges of affection.

Editor Minaj Latkar was felicitated by Yunusbhai Tambatkar and Anand Shitole. The Nabz Eid Special Issue was officially launched by Sonali Devdhe-Shinde, Sandhya Medhe, Maryam Sayyed, and Minaj Latkar.

The program was introduced by Comrade Subhash Ware, President of the S.M. Joshi Foundation, who highlighted the journey of Nabz and Minaj Latkar and emphasized its importance in the coming times. Nabz writer Sameer Gaikwad shared his journey “from regressive to progressive” and emphasized the need for bold and conscious work in the times ahead.

The event was attended by several distinguished guests including Ashok Sabban, Prajapati, Asif Khan Dule Khan, Abid Khan, Eng.
