(Educational achievement) Starting her educational journey from a small Urdu-medium school to creating history in India’s medical field, Dr. Mariyam Ansari has earned the distinction of becoming the country’s first Muslim woman neurosurgeon.

From Class 10 onwards, Dr. Ansari secured gold medals in all higher degree courses including MBBS, MS, DNB, MRCS (UK), and MCH. With determination, perseverance, and hard work, she overcame the most difficult challenges in the medical field.

Today, millions of girls look up to her as an inspiration, as she has proved through her own life that “nothing is impossible with hard work and persistence.” She stands as a living example that one can reach great heights even from a rural and middle-class background.
