(Cultural Politics) On the eve of Independence Day, a special musical feast  “Dil Hai Hindustani,” featuring patriotic songs, will be held on 13 August 2025 at 6:00 PM at Mauli Sabhagruha. Jointly organized by P.R. Media and Orange Events, this event has been a prestigious tradition for the past seven years.

(Cultural Politics) This year too, the concert will present the melodies of patriotism and the saga of India’s freedom struggle through music, marking a bright moment in Nagar’s cultural calendar.

 

(Cultural Politics) The event will be inaugurated in the presence of District Collector Dr. Pankaj Ashiya, Superintendent of Police Somnath Gharge, and Dr. Bapusaheb Kandekar, along with Commissioner Yashwant Dange. Many other dignitaries will also attend, including Dr. Prakash Kankariya, Dr. Sudha Kankariya, Ajinath Hajare, Kiran Warpe, Dr. Daman Kashid, Santosh Shinde, Dnyaneshwar Gade, Dr. Imran Shaikh, Vishal Burhade, Altaf Sayyed, Swapnil Hole, Prof. Ravindra Kale, Dr. Ravasahab Borude, Ganesh Gaikwad, Kadu Bhau Kale, Kuber Patke, Dr. Ishwar Kanse, Dr. Santosh Gangarde, Dhanesh Khatti, Kiran Gavte, Bhushan Oswal, Rohit Bhagat, Kshitij Zaware, Babasaheb Dongre, Amol Khole, Tushar Chordia, Nilesh Chippa, Jayraj Shelke, and others, as informed by Sachin Chandanshiv and Vijay Sable.

 

The program will feature immortal patriotic songs depicting India’s history, bravery, and love for the nation. Performing artists include Prof. Aadheesh Chavan, Dr. Daman Kashid, Nitin Nimbalkar, Rahul Sisodiya, Bhagyashree Dumbare (Pune), Renuka Pawar, Jalinder Shinde, Mahesh Ghavate, Sushil Dethe, Sagar Mehetre, Sunil Chandane, Poonam Kadam, Sagar Honrao, Aarti Perepadam, Mubarak Shaikh, Adv. Kiran Jadhav, and Shlok Gaikwad.
Music arrangements are by Nilesh Sojwal and Edwin Perepadam, with accompaniment by Farhan Shaikh, Siddhant Gaikwad, Vishal Borde, Shrikant Gadkari, and Amit Barua.
The event will be anchored by Riaz Pathan, whose unique style will add a special charm. Entry is open to all on a first-come-first-served basis.
